On December 28, 2017, the Ministry of Science and Technology officially published the list of second group of National Specialized Incubation Space, which included 33 units nation-wide as National Specialization Incubation Space Unit.
On this latest list，Simcere was the sole Bio-medical National Specialized Incubation Space in Jiangsu Province. This was another national recognition given to Simcere within one month, after the title of“National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Platform”pilot unit by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, for the companies effort in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.
